Amy Smart has been a model, actress as well as a former American. Growing up and being raised in California USA she started her modelling profession in Italy. The first time she acted was in the TV film Her Costly Affair. After that, she was a star as a supporting character in the film Starship Troopers she struggled very for a long time. Amy was unable to make the switch from modeling to acting, as models aren't usually thought of as to be actors of any kind. They're often given small or unimportant roles. Amy persevered. She worked her way up to bigger roles. She began in The 70s series and Varsity Blues film. Amy then stepped into main roles for the 2005 romantic comedy Just Friends which also starred Ryan Reynolds. Amy became famous for her work in the last decade. Amy went on to star in major film projects such as the Crank Series alongside Jason Statham, and Shameless.
